    Dr. Xing is a state-approved senior economist who holds a doctoral degree and an EMBA degree from Tsinghua University. Dr. Xing was the former Chairman and Board of Director for China Orient Group and Harbin Hatou Investment Co., Ltd. He had also served for the Board of Director and Board of Supervisors at China Minsheng Bank, Founder Securities and Jinzhou Port Co., Ltd. Prior to entering the financial industry, Dr. Xing worked at the Heilongjiang and Harbin Bureau of Land Management with the highest position as a head of a department.

    Mr. Zhao is the founder and CEO of QuantiHealth, the first and leading biotech company in China focusing on personal microbiota industry. He joined BGI, the world’s largest genomics organization, at the age of 17 as a high school dropout and had successfully led a research project with multi-million US dollar budget. He was profiled as 35 Innovators Under 35 by MIT Technology Review in 2014, 40 Business Elites under 40 Asia by Fortune in 2014 and 2015, and Forbes 30 under 30 Asia in 2016.

  • Xingkun Wu  
    Dr. Wu is a professor and PhD supervisor at College of Optical Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University. He holds a physics doctorial degree from Georgia Tech University and achieved his post-doctorial degree at Stanford University.
    Dr. Wu has dedicated to the research of high power solid-state laser, fiber optics, micro optics and optical fiber sensor. Prior to returning back to China, Dr. Wu served as a senior engineer for multiple listed companies in the U.S. and was a senior scientist at NASA, where he developed the micro-optic sensor components for Mars Rover. After his return, Mr. Wu worked as a chief engineer for Futong Group Co., Ltd. He was then given charge of China’s Natural Science Fund, the National High Technology Research and Development Program ("863"Program) of China and more than 10 other scientific development programs. Dr. Wu has published nearly a hundred papers and has achieved 30+ Chinese invention patents, 4 US patent and 1 international patent. He also composed an academic monograph, which is published by Springer.
    In 2007, Dr. Wu became the first winner of the second-prize National Award for Science and Technology Progress. He was also a first-prize winner of the 2006 Electronic Information Science and Technology Award of Chinese Institute of Electronics. Dr. Wu possesses profound accomplishment and industrial experiences in the fields of fiber optics and micro optics assembly, for example the soft lithography of micro & nano optical components.
